“At Signal Plastics, I work as the Finance Administrator as part of the Finance, IT and Purchasing team. In my role, I deal with the Signal Plastics accounts including sales ledgers and purchase ledgers. My role hasn’t necessarily changed from when I first joined Signal Plastics, but the level and complexity of work I complete has increased over time. At Signal Plastics, we encourage a friendly and collaborative working environment which makes coming to work a pleasure.”
Meet Eric
“I have been at Signal Plastics for nearly 8 years now and I have occupied a few roles over my time here. I first started out as a Planner then moved onto a Warehouse Supervisor and now, I am Facilities Technician, a role I have been in for the past 3 years. In my role, I complete various general maintenance jobs around our Washington facility, service tools and any other duties needed of the Facilities, Maintenance and Health & Safety team. At Signal Plastics, everyday is a challenge. There is something different to do every day, which definitely keeps me on my toes!”
Meet Dan
“I started Signal Plastics 7 years ago as an Assembly Apprentice, then Operator and about three months ago, I was offered the position of Lead Operator. This was a big accomplishment for me to be able to progress my career into more responsible positions. In this role, I oversee the Assembly Operators, help to manage schedules, and ensure that we get our parts delivered on time, right first time. The people, the positive friendly atmosphere and the progression opportunities have enticed me to stay here for this long.”
